Job Summary Join our dynamic, mission-driven team as Capture Manager to advance business development growth initiatives and cultivate strategic customer relationships at ServiceSource, an AbilityOne Program nonprofit agency. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role will be responsible for managing the full capture lifecycle on assigned opportunities while supporting day-to-day business development and proposal operation activities. The Capture Manager is crucial for continuing ServiceSource's expansion in the competitive federal marketplace and participation in state-use programs in key states. The ideal candidate will divide their focus between federal and state-use pursuits and must be well-versed in all phases of government business development and capture, with a proven ability to craft winning strategies for both sectors.
