JOB MISSION: New Balance is seeking a Site Operations Associate within our Global Direct to Consumer organization. This individual will support Global Ecomm Operations by ensuring a seamless and engaging site experience for our customers. This is a critical function in our effort to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. As the Site Experience & Operations Associate, you will work cross-functionally with Global & Regional partners to optimize newbalance.com's site experience globally. Key Global partners include: Digital Product Team: Responsible for NB's Digital Experiences and the supporting technology stack that powers newbalance.com globally. Site Merchandising: Responsible for the seasonal site experience strategy - driving our product and brand marketing priorities on newbalance.com globally. Global Marketing: Responsible for the content and promotion of key products and brand moments on newbalance.com. You will be responsible for consolidating inputs from these three Global Teams, creating an execution plan, and partnering with our 5 Regional Site Operations to drive consistent execution across all newbalance.com sites. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drive Adoption of Global Ecomm Strategies Develop a comprehensive execution playbook for global e-commerce initiatives, encompassing merchandising strategy, site functionality, and marketing content. Deliver the playbook to regional operators and provide support in setting up and executing these campaigns. Track execution through to go-live across all 30 instances of newbalance.com globally. Maximize Usage of Global Tech Stack Build system expertise on core systems in the global tech stack (ex: Salesforce) Partner with external vendors and internal product managers to stay updated on new features and how to use them. Work with regional teams to identify opportunities to streamline or enhance operations and maximize value from our global tech stack. Deliver continuous improvement through data analysis Utilize data analytics platforms such as PowerBI, GA4, and Content Square to create standardized global reporting on key initiatives and KPIs Analyze trends in site performance and identify opportunities for improvement Work with respective Global or Regional teams to execute on this opportunity REQUIRMENTS FOR SUCCESS" Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud required Experience with PowerBI, GA4, Content Square, or similar data analytics platforms Strong communication and project management skills. Experience with Asana is a plus Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter mentality with the ability to work well in a team environment Detail oriented with a passion for delivering industry leading digital experiences Regular Associate Benefits Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
