2nd Shift HPL Packaging-Shipping

KI Bonduel is hiring a full time HPL Packaging-HPL Shipping Technician.

HPL Packaging-Shipping Technicians are mainly responsible for the packaging of products and assist in other areas as needed. These activities must be performed safely and with quality in mind. This position requires the use of hand tools and the ability to follow production schedules. All employees at KI are expected to participate in continuous improvement activities as well.

This is an entry level position. Qualified candidates should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, be motivated to attend work regularly, have an interest in personal development/growth, be able to work well with others in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Employees must be able to wrap and band skids as well as build crates which includes being able to use tape measure and band saws and chop saws
• Skids of tops will come to the shipping area and you will v-board, stretch wrap and band skids
• Must be able to run pack out reports and know how to read them (training available)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with accuracy
• Forklift certified required (training available)
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of scanning helpful
• Backup to person responsible for loading trailers

This is a second shift opening, with hours primarily being 2pm-12am, with overtime and weekends required during peak production (summer months).
