JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role assists in developing promotional materials, coordinating events, managing digital content, and conducting market research. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator ensures brand consistency and helps drive engagement across multiple channels. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication and project management skills.

  • Serve as the liaison between our global offices for:
    • New Product Launches
      * Launch Plan
      * Sales Samples
      * Marketing Materials
      * Coordinate distribution of sales tools, price lists, catalogs, literature, marketing materials, and samples for customers and sales teams.
      * Stock availability (Work with a planner to get information on in-stock availability for new products for our global launches)
      * Communication
  • Coordinate product testing and product sample requests with the global sales team.
  • Coordinate end-user product testimonials.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral such as sales materials, presentations, and customer success stories.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
  • Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.
  • Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
  • Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.
  • Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.
  • Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Raise concerns and issues to immediate manager.

  • Understands department's key performance indicators and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative writing, technical writing, presentation development.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented; excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Must possess the ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Adobe Creative cloud tools including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator highly desired.
  • Marketing Automation and/or CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$21.59 - $24.00

Salary may vary based on experience.
