Fleet Maintenance Customer Support Representative
Wages up to $32 Per Hour
Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
Our Clarke Vehicare team is currently looking for a Fleet Maintenance Customer Support Rep to join our team and keep up our level of commitment to customer service. The Fleet Maintenance Customer Support Rep will Work on site, on-line, and over the phone with the Fleet Manager, Technicians, Materials Group, Billing, and Customer to ensure exceptional customer support at a dedicated fleet location.
What are the Duties?
Essential Duties:
Customer Relationship- Work directly with the Fleet Manager and Customer to assist in daily fleet operations. This may include communicating with drivers, supervisors, or other customer personnel regarding repairs and schedules of all vehicles.
Fleet Operations- Utilize computer system(s) to process repair orders, source parts, schedule work, audit cases for coding, time tracking, and invoicing into a 3rd party site. Use computer system to track and maintain accurate inventory. Communicate with customer in person, over the phone and using electronic (web-based) tools. Assist Fleet Manager and techs in managing parts inventory & ordering.
Must be proficient at sourcing parts.
Must be detailed oriented and have strong computer and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work independently
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous parts ordering/sourcing experience required
- Related administrative experience and/or training
- Previous experience in Auto or Truck Industry is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience writing quotes
PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
Associate must be able to read and write reports.
Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
Fast paced work environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Driver's License required
- Valid CDL is a PLUS
