Location: Whiting, WI Description: Shift Maintenance - E&I Journeyman Starting Pay: $44.76/hour (increases to $45.43 effective 8/1/25). Per CBA language, work performed on Sundays and contractual holidays is paid at double time. Schedule: Primary schedule will be 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. on a two week rotation. Week 1 is working Tu, W, Th. Week 2 is M, F, Sa, Su. This rotation will include weekends, holidays, and overtime. Vacation: Minimum of 2 weeks after one year of service, with potential for additional credit offered for time spent in the trade. The Shift Maintenance - E&I Journeyman will be paired with a Journeyman Mechanic to support mill assets during the hours of 6:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M. on a rotating shift. Assets include paper machines, folios, embossers, roll wrap and cutsize, as well as shared systems that are used to support multiple assets.
