Description

TTCU is seeking a talented Marketing Creative Designer to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into engaging visuals that inspire, inform, and connect with our members. From campaign concepts to day-to-day design needs, you'll create a wide range of print and digital materials that reflect TTCU's brand and values. We're looking for a designer who's not only creative but strategic-someone who understands how great design supports business goals.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Lead the strategic implementation of TTCU's brand vision throughout marketing and external communication. Optimize TTCU's brand awareness through visual solutions that meet business and communication objectives, successfully communicating messages using a mix of creative skills. Ensure a cohesive and impactful visual presence.
  • Oversee the totality of TTCU's design, brand implementation and production efforts. Oversee the creation of compelling and integrated marketing communications for digital, static and video, owned and earned touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to drive continued business growth.
  • Lead TTCU brand standards to ensure overall adherence and communication. Lead TTCU's visual identity throughout all communications / touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and cross-functional teams to promote TTCU. Align strategically with management and vendors to support TTCU growth through marketing.
  • Oversee communication and collaboration with groups to achieve a consistent brand presence. Use data-driven analytics and feedback to fuel performance across all marketing channels.
  • Leverage the latest design and branding strategies and tactics to meet TTCU's business goals and objectives.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Associate degree in a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing strategy, including digital, email, and social media marketing



  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design and multi-channel marketing execution



  • Experience in video production and editing for digital and social platforms (2+ years preferred)



  • Knowledge of financial products and services (1 year preferred)



  • Advanced proficiency in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva (8+ years)


  • Advanced computer skills in MS 365 and Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record of success in working with graphic design, typography, digital media, layout and branding.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skill, with emphasis on journalistic writing and editing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation including informational and persuasive techniques.
  • Experience with marketing tools and advertising strategies for both broad and niche audiences preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage the details of multiple programs and projects, to track activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and always maintain confidentiality.
