How you'll make an impact:

Seeking a results-oriented, data-focused Senior Manager, Marketing Insights with strong leadership qualities to join the Marketing Insights team. They will focus on ensuring the enterprise data platform is providing accurate data in a digestible format to derive descriptive and predictive insights, managing broad end-to-end analysis, and building requirements for adding new data sources to enhance current data sets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in similar marketing analytics roles with strong technical and analytical abilities, proven experience with data integration, aggregation and automation, expertise in connecting data and automating reporting in Tableau, and a niche for simplifying processes. This role requires successful collaboration within a matrixed organization, and proven ability to contribute to both strategy and execution.

What you'll do:

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Insights & Operations and plays a critical role in the success of the organization. This is an individual contributor role (with possibility of leading a team) and build strong, collaborative relationships with technical and business leaders across the Marketing organization.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and increase conversion rates.
  • Support the marketing team in developing and refining marketing plans and strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data and data models through standardization of data, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to develop, write, and present strategic recommendations and the ability to transform data trends into customer focused presentations to all levels including executive leadership.
  • Support introduction of new programs and/or campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful measurement and analysis of programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage effective communication strategies to allow for transparency around all data processing - identification of issues, impacted metrics, resolution, and timelines.
  • Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and behaviors.
  • Perform statistical tests to validate assumptions and hypotheses.
  • Apply regression techniques to understand the relationships between variables and predict outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for applying new analytical techniques and technologies to enhance the value derived from data.
  • Liaise with IT on systems enhancements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, meticulous data validation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Must have outstanding analytical skills and a passion for data - solid understanding of metrics to assess the performance of the entire sales and marketing funnel.
  • Experience ensuring high quality data delivery in big data environments
  • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume production environment and meeting deadlines with accurate work that meets business objectives.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate it to technical applications.
  • Solid communication skills - explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences and understand issues from a marketing and customer experience perspective.
  • Astounding attention to detail - finds what everyone else misses.
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of user acceptance testing.
  • Marketing automation platform, customer journeys, and CRM administration experience.
  • CRM/CDP/campaign management/audience segmentation - application functions and database objects.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and recommend a course of corrective action.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and sound judgment.
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, customer databases, and campaign management software.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
