The Engineering Control Analyst I supports the Engineering team by managing and streamlining documentation, engineering change processes, and compliance efforts. This role ensures the integrity of engineering data, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and analyzes control systems to enhance efficiency. The analyst works closely with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure project goals are met and aligned with shipbuilding standards. Duties will involve supporting multiple customers in the organization on projects of widely varying complexity, duration, and priority. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, or controls, and to talk and hear. Must be physically able to walk to all yard locations, including aboard ships. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. PAY SCALE $54,500 - $70,500 This pay range is a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. It takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and education.
