Onsite in our Irving Office The Director of Learning Programs plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's learning and development strategy to meet evolving business needs. This strategic leader is responsible for designing and scaling innovative learning solutions that drive organizational capability and performance. The role leads the development of cutting-edge content strategies, leveraging AI, social learning, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and retention. The Director oversees a high-performing team, partners with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals and ensures continuous improvement through robust evaluation metrics. Key responsibilities include managing learning technologies, building a dynamic skills taxonomy, and fostering a culture of continuous development across the enterprise.
