Job Overview

This role will be administrative in nature, ensuring impeccable administration of the Political Action Committee, meeting all compliance reporting deadlines with accuracy and ahead of deadlines and effectively managing all PAC administrative processes. This individual will process Government Relations invoices, product donation requests and assist in shaping PAC data into useful reports for senior leaders. The administrative assistant will help the GR team plan external events by coordinating logistics and other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs all administrative duties associated with the Political Action Committee, including maintaining records, responding to requests, generating reports, preparing and submitting documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state agencies.
  • Coordinates and submits all invoices for GR Team for corporate and PAC accounts, maintains records, mails checks and ensures tracking is in place and accurate.
  • Assists with event planning activities, product donation submissions, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Supports GR team by assisting with correspondence, shipping and various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Coordinates and submits all invoices for GR Team for corporate and PAC accounts, maintains records, mails checks and ensures tracking is in place and accurate.

  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are essential.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality is paramount, especially when dealing with executive correspondence and personnel records.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications

Work Environment

Office environment

This position will sit in our corporate office. 25 to 30 hours per week
