Job Summary
The Ticketing Supervisor is responsible for the configurations of events in the ticketing system and operates on-site ticketing and box office services for The Complex. This role provides front-line, top-notch service and support for the venue as its full-service ticketing provider. Acts as a relationship manager on behalf of the Complex for promoters and event organizers in relation to their ticketing needs. Implements and provides support for all products and services.

Essential Functions



  • Configure events and promotions for the various events in the ticketing system
  • Tracks and reports all event configurations, schedules, cash deposits, and promoter interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service and coordination
  • Works with event promoters to develop a deep understanding of each event and its unique challenges
  • Assist staff, customers, and promoters in resolving issues and problems related to reservations and ticketing
  • Supervises staff and ensures the quality of work meets the standard; encourages and motivates staff to achieve positive contributions
  • Create staff schedules to optimize the allocation of personnel resources on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient and effective utilization
  • Keep staff updated with relevant system and event information on event days to ensure they are well-prepared to assist customers
  • Manages customer needs and requests in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support Issues
  • Develop expertise on all products/services, remaining current with all new releases
  • Strategically push business initiatives to each promoter as they interact and build events (Resale, Premium, etc.)


Required Qualifications



  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in business related field
  • 2- 4 Years Experience

    • Live event ticketing and event programming
    • Customer service experience
    • Box office experience


  • Working knowledge of planning, delivering, and supporting ticketing and reservation services, ensuring smooth event operations
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong digital literacy skills, including familiarity with ticketing and reservation systems and related software
  • Adept at maintaining a growth mindset, showing agility in adapting to evolving industry practices and technology
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of fostering collaboration and effective teamwork among staff members and with event promoters
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/supervise a team
  • Availability to work various hours: nights, weekends, and holidays as required


Pay Scale: $23.00 - $28.00 p/h

Bonus:



  • These positions are not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

  • Event based positions are not eligible for benefits through AEG Presents.
