The Position

As an Associate People Experience (PEx) Partner, a member of the Genentech PEx team, you will collaborate closely with others inside and outside the function to foster an environment where people want to work, thrive, and make a positive impact on society.

The Opportunity

This position consults and collaborates with People Experience Partners to design aspects of program development and delivery, and the overall program development and implementation, including facilitation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Delivery:

    • Drive program content, communications, and improvements with People Experience Partners.

    • Independently or jointly deliver and facilitate PEx program sessions and workshops.

    • Design and/or manage PEx events and activities.

  • Operational Management:

    • Manage operations for various PEx offerings, including budget, vendor management, logistics, systems, and implementation support.

    • Ensure accurate program budget spend and provide recommendations for the annual budget.

    • Update and manage program and/or project plans using collaborative work management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, etc.).

  • Measurement & Evaluation:

    • Manage accurate measurements of PEx programs and solutions through data analysis, dashboard creation, and survey data analysis.

    • Collaborate with PEx program and solution owners to develop measurement approaches that demonstrate value and inform improvements.

  • Program Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

    • Determine content for program communications to stakeholders.

    • Act as a point of contact for assigned programs.

    • Participate in work teams related to PEx efforts.

Note: This role is based on our on-site campus in the South San Francisco campus. Occasional program events may occur outside of traditional working hours, and some business travel is required (less than 5% annually).

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • And with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong program and project management experience required, including proficiency with project and work management tools (e.g Monday.com, Trello, etc.).

  • Experience in identifying and tracking program, initiative, and project metrics.

  • Proven ability to identify, solve, and appropriately escalate issues.

  • Excellent collaboration, written and interpersonal communication, organization, prioritization, and presentation skills.

  • Experience tracking budgets, contracts, and invoices strongly preferred.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is between $84,100 and $165,300 Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
