Our Opening and Your Responsibilities 5th Shift - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on Saturday & Sunday (More hours can be requested,if needed) * Perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections of the tips. Requirements: Proficient on level I tip inspections using microscope, pipettes, and other measuring equipment. * Perform dimensional Inspections on molded parts components. Requirements: Proficient on using, calipers, micrometers, ping gauges, filler gauges and setup of metrology equipment as required; equipment may include CMM's, and others electronic optical measurement systems * Inspect and record results into InfinityQs and other required applications. * Ability to understand product drawings, specifications and work instructions. * Take immediate action to ensure the work in progress is within specification; identify and disposition defective product based on specifications and procedures. * Assist and / trains other inspectors on basic inspections. * Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice. * Follow Company policies as outlined in the employee handbook. * Maintain work area clean and organized. * Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
