- Support HR PMOs administrative functions
- Drive the execution of small to medium-scale projects from initiation through delivery
- Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, colleges, and other stakeholders
- Participate in meetings, document decisions, and ensure accountability
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows with lean principles
- Bring a creative lens to problem solving and process improvement
- Communicate confidently to stakeholders at all levels
- Embrace feedback and learning opportunities with a growth mindset

Minimum Experience/Education |
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-4 yrs. Experience in Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Lifecycle
