The primary purpose of the Instructor/Program Coordinator of RN Completion for the Paramedic and Evening/Weekend Programs position is responsibility for overseeing the programs and providing instruction to students. This is a full-time, 180-day contracted position with an additional 30-day supplemental summer contract. This position reports directly to the Department Chair of Nursing.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a teaching workload in accordance with college policies and guidelines.
- Promoting the programs within the community through targeted marketing efforts.
- Coordinating and Managing the scheduling of program courses to optimize enrollment and resource use.
- Assisting in providing academic advising and fostering strategies to enhance student retention and success.
- Fulfilling College requirements for program evaluation and assessment to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
- Engaging with the program Advisory Committee to ensure relevance and quality.
To Be Considered You Need:
- A minimum of master's degree in nursing.
- Current, active Registered Nursing license in the state of Ohio.
- A minimum of two years of registered nursing experience.
- Experience in nursing education in a higher education learning setting.
- Previous nursing leadership experience.
- Effective communication skills and valid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
