What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a strategic and technically grounded leader to oversee IT Resiliency and Service Management for the Capital Markets technology portfolio. This role plays a critical function in maintaining the operational integrity of key business services through disciplined disaster recovery (DR) planning and robust service management practices. You will drive the DR testing strategy, ensure year-round compliance, and lead coordination across infrastructure and application teams. In parallel, you will strengthen ITSM execution to improve incident response, root cause analysis, and change control. The role also leads a multi-phase program to enable controlled production failovers of critical business services, requiring close alignment across teams and infrastructure uplift.

What will you do?

  • Lead the Capital Markets technology resiliency program, including DR testing strategy, calendar coordination, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement

  • Oversee IT Service Management processes for the function, including major incident, problem management, and change execution discipline

  • Drive the planning and execution of multi-week production failovers for critical business services, ensuring readiness across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers

  • Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and dashboards to track readiness, testing outcomes, and regulatory compliance

  • Partner with Infrastructure, Application, and Business Continuity teams to assess gaps, design failover scenarios, and ensure alignment with recovery objectives

  • Deliver structured program governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk reporting to senior leadership and oversight committees

  • Lead service maturity initiatives that improve response times, increase availability, and reduce repeat incidents across the risk technology environment

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including storage, networking, compute, and database replication and failover techniques

  • Proven experience leading disaster recovery and technology resiliency programs in complex environments

  • Experience overseeing ITSM functions including incident triage, problem management, and change control

  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale programs with cross-functional coordination and executive visibility

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, DR automation tools, JIRA and project management applications.

  • Exposure to regulatory standards and testing expectations related to IT resiliency

  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or cloud-based certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure solutions architect)

The Good-Faith Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $180,000 - $260,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
