Executes efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies. PURPOSE OF FUNCTION How the job contributes to the purpose of the function The purpose of the People and Culture function is to secure the competence and organisation to reach our business ambitions. To succeed, we are focusing on three movements: ASSIGNMENTS Job specific key tasks and responsibilities * Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values * Partners with Steering Managers and Hiring Managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned * Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies * Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process * Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems * Analyses data and implements process improvements across the recruitment function * Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline * Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations * Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment Competences * Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals * Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment * Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job at * Dedicated to contributing to great Candidate and Co-Worker Experience by means of excellent Recruitment Process * Passionate about people * Ambassador of the culture and values Enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment * Appreciate the mix of tactical and operational thinking * Knowledge of psychometric tools and assessments in candidate recruitment and/or co-worker performance & development situations * Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends in that can help to gain insights to better attract co-workers * Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates * Knowledge of corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES Leadership behaviours differ depending on your position and your level of leadership - leading myself, leading others, leading leaders and leading matrix partners.
