The Opportunity with McKinstry

The Business Systems Analyst - ERP for our Timekeeping and Payroll project implementation plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role ensures successful delivery by capturing business requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating collaboration. The Analyst enables the organization to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and achieve business goals through the effective implementation of the new solution(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement ERP integration solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and maintain ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP integration processes, configurations, and technical integrations.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP implementation projects.
  • Ensure project milestones and objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

What You Need to be Successful at McKinstry

  • Experience with technical integrations into ERP projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical integration documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Solution Analyst or similar role with a focus on ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

The pay range for this position is $80,100 - $134,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
