Job Summary:

As a member of the Process Flow Technologies team, this Product Specialist position features a focus on Vacuum products. The position will support the planning and action for vacuum whole goods growth to achieve short- and long-term growth initiatives for the various vacuum product brands and channels. The Product Specialist will be directly involved with the analysis and execution of new product development projects, pricing, inventory and forecasting, market share expansion and support materials to drive incremental growth and achieve profit objectives for the product line. This Product Specialist position will also focus on the administration and support of our customer intranet (GDInside), public websites and CPQ system (CC360) across the vacuum product portfolios. The Product Specialist will also be involved in Impact Daily Management (IDM) and process improvement towards a better customer support experience. The candidate will work closely with other Product Management, Sales, Customer Service and Demand Generation team members to help identify and close gaps needed to deliver superior product support to our customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop customer-facing expertise in systems such as GDInside, NASHInside, CC360, and VBXpert.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic action plans focused on growth and profitability.

  • Maintain and update pricing tools such as SAP, price books, and sizing software where pricing is determined.

  • Lead commercialization efforts for assigned products, ensuring successful channel launches aligned with launch plans and gate requirements.

  • Create and execute innovative product literature, e-marketing materials, and training programs for both internal teams and distribution partners.

  • Participate in the New Product Development (NPD) process in coordination with the Global Product Management team and distribution channels.

  • ???????Develop, track, and communicate key performance and profitability metrics while managing multiple projects independently with strong communication, analytical skills, and relationship-building across all levels.

  • Develop deep expertise in product applications, key advantages, and customer benefits, while continuously monitoring and evaluating competitive products in terms of function, pricing, performance, and marketing strategy.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Office with strong analytical skills

  • Understands the commercial aspect of interfacing customers to deliver a solution to meet their needs.

Preferences:


  • Experience with B2B or channel distribution

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or commercial support role for industrial equipment



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:


  • Up to 10% travel required with this role



Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $55,000-75,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
