Job Description:
The E-billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient flow of work and information for the firm's e-billing activity. The position assists the E-billing Analyst and other Billing Coordinators with the e-billing process and similarly provides support to attorneys and collections staff. The E-billing Coordinator serves as an administrator and firm contact for each of the e-billing vendor systems and manages access to vendor systems by other firm personnel. He/she also ensures that the status of all invoices submitted through vendor websites are being monitored for successful submission, and that any invoice rejections or deductions are addressed timely. In addition to maximizing the firm's e-billing experience, the E-billing Coordinator completes special assignments as directed by the Sr. Manager of Time and Billing. - Manages small number of assigned billing attorneys which require standard monthly pre-bill and billing process follow up (including, but not limited to, processing edits, transfers, adjustments, and final monthly bill prepare and submission to client)
- Serves as an administrator and contact for each of the firm's e-billing vendor systems.
- Maintains admin/employee information on the various vendor websites and arranges system access for users.
- Monitors/keeps abreast of all vendor sites for changes, as well as opportunities for advancing the firm's e-billing experience. Communicates/makes recommendations of system changes to Sr. Manager of Time and Billing.
- Determines if a new e-bill format is required and works with Application Support Specialists to develop.
- Serves as a resource and mentor as it relates to e-billing vendor websites by assisting Billing Coordinators with initial setup/entry, submissions, resolving submission errors/rejections and all other e-billing related inquiries.
- Assists Billing Coordinators with review of outside counsel and client billing guidelines for e-billing. Initiate review of documents as needed through Conflicts and New Business Intake.
- Assists Attorneys and Collectors with e-billing related inquiries.
- Processes invoices from e-billing vendors.
- Updates diversity information for e-billing vendor sites when necessary.
- Coordinate with Billing Coordinators and/or attorneys to accelerate successful billing and lessen the occurrence of rejections and/or deductions.
- Completes special assignments and may serve as lead on other team projects.
- Assist with compiling comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and audit purposes.
- Resource/trainer for firm's e-billing system and e-billing vendor sites.
- May assist with coordinating and delivering group billing/timekeeping training or other related special projects.
- Provide back-up assistance as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of four years' relevant experience with prior professional e-billing experience required. Aderant billing experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Working knowledge of electronic billing, including record keeping, data collection and system information.
- Strong analytical skills requiring an aptitude for detail and accuracy in order to conduct analysis of complex client billing and accounting/billing-related issues, working with multiple systems/reports on a daily basis.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to compile and analyze data, and furnish information in report format, written correspondence, e-mail, and/or verbally.
- Proactive with excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution and follow-through skills.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and ensure work is completed within strict deadlines.

- Boston, MA: $70,000 - $100,100
- Chicago, IL: $70,000 - $100,100
- Los Angeles, CA: $70,000 - $100,100
- New York City, NY: $77,000 - $110,000
- Victor, NY: $63,500 - $90,750
- San Francisco, CA: $77,000 - $110,000
- Washington, DC: $70,000 - $100,100
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
