The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $118,000.00 to $147,620.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

Join a team that's shaping the future of spirits marketing. As Brand Manager for the GEM Portfolio, you'll help drive growth for a dynamic collection of brands within Pernod Ricard USA's GEM business unit. These brands fall under the 'Targeted Elevate' and 'Execute' segments, offering exciting opportunities for innovation, storytelling, and new go-to-market strategies. This role blends creativity with commercial strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and leadership will make a real impact.

What you'll do

Marketing Planning & Execution - 40%

  • Develop annual brand plans that align with commercial goals and Route to Market strategies.

  • Lead execution of brand activations across media, experiential, and retail channels.

  • Manage creative briefs and agency relationships to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - 25%

  • Partner with Commercial, Shopper, and Sales teams to drive successful retail programming.

  • Collaborate with Innovation and Supply Chain teams to support product launches and limited releases.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations for budget tracking, S&OP inputs, and performance reporting.

Consumer & Market Insight - 15%

  • Conduct competitive and category analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

  • Work with research teams to assess brand health and campaign effectiveness.

Brand Asset Management - 10%

  • Manage brand assets including packaging updates, POS materials, and content toolkits.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all consumer touchpoints.

Budget & Project Management - 10%

  • Oversee A&P budgets for assigned brands, ensuring accurate forecasting and reconciliation.

  • Manage timelines and project plans for brand initiatives and activations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in CPG, beverage, or alcohol industries.

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer targeting, and integrated marketing planning.

  • Experience collaborating with commercial sales teams and exposure to shopper marketing or trade programming.

  • Travel: Up to 15% as needed for market visits, activations, or team meetings.
