What this job involves

Assist in directing the mobile technical services operation and maintenance for assigned buildings, providing direct support to field operations. This role includes performance tracking, reporting, and implementation of strategic material acquisition strategies, working closely with the Operations Supervisor and/or Regional Operations Manager.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Supporting preparation of monthly and quarterly operations/mechanical reports
  • Creating technical evaluations and deficiency reports on existing mechanical systems
  • Managing staffing schedules, timekeeping, and employment records
  • Running status and performance reports from JLL CMMS (Corrigo)
  • Communicating effectively through oral and written reports
  • Planning and scheduling work according to established priorities
  • Providing engineers with data required for long-range planning
  • Responding to all emergencies promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining and operating HVAC equipment and associated systems
  • Coordinating purchasing and inventory control procedures
  • Attending management and executive training seminars
  • Assisting with the Preventive Maintenance Program and Building Automation Systems
  • Maintaining communication with leadership regarding work orders and priorities
Desired experience and technical skills Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Universal CFC recovery certification
  • Minimum of six (6) years technical and supervisory experience in building engineering
  • Strong background in packaged HVAC equipment repair, maintenance, and system design
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer-based applications, including Excel and Word
Preferred:
  • Experience with organizing and managing technical service teams
  • Knowledge of capital project planning and systems improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

Estimated total compensation for this position:

102,485.00 - 128,107.20 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
