Description
Position Description The Compensation Specialist provides direct support to teammates and managers in the administration of compensation, incentive and rewards/recognition programs. In addition, they will partner with the Compensation Consultant(s) to review and update internal processes and procedures related to the administration of all compensation programs. This individual will work on special projects, mergers and acquisitions, and act as a resource to the Human Resource team as it relates to compensation administration. Position Accountabilities
