The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. This role serves as a crucial bridge between our technical expertise and client communication, translating complex building solutions into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target markets.

The role will directly support business development efforts, enhance our digital presence, and strengthen our brand recognition in the competitive building services industry. It will collaborate with field teams to capture real project successes, work with sales staff to develop client-facing materials, and support our digital marketing efforts that generate leads and build client relationships. This role offers unique exposure to an established company's operations while contributing to measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Design & Creative Development
* Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print mediums, including brochures, flyers, line cards, trade show materials, and promotional content
* Create engaging visual assets for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and internal communications
* Develop brand-consistent graphics, infographics, and visual content that align with company standards
* Support website content updates and visual enhancements

Marketing Support
* Assist with social media content creation and platform management
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
* Support email marketing campaign development and execution
* Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development
* Assist with trade show preparation and marketing event support

Administrative & Project Support
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
* Maintain organized digital asset libraries and brand resources
* Assist with project coordination and timeline management
* Support content gathering through photography and documentation at job sites and branch locations

Requirements and Qualifications

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - portfolio demonstration required
* Strong visual design skills with understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
* Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and brand consistency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel

Preferred:
* 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing (internships accepted)
* Content writing and copywriting experience
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and web design familiarity
* Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
* Photography skills and experience with photo editing
* Familiarity with construction, HVAC, or service industry marketing

Work Environment
Flexible work arrangements are available, with potential for hybrid remote/in-office setup based on individual performance, project requirements, and workload demands. This structure allows for optimal productivity while maintaining strong team collaboration and communication.

Schedule Flexibility: Work hours are flexible within standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with weekly hours varying from 20-30 based on project workload and business needs. This variable schedule allows for optimal project support while providing work-life balance.
