About the Position:

Epic Specialty Staffing is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator, Cardiovascular who will be responsible for maintaining seamless clinical coverage and real-time visibility of schedules across all Epic Cardiovascular (CV) service lines and multiple hospital clients. This role manages, organizes, and supports scheduling activities for clinical personnel, including perfusionists, ECMO specialists, and other cardiovascular team members. Based in Centennial, CO, the Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining day-to-day office operations to support clinical and administrative functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain the scheduling platforms supporting all Epic CV service lines and personnel.

  • Coordinate schedules for clinical staff, including perfusionists, ECMO specialists, autotransfusionists, and other cardiovascular team members, across multiple client sites.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule changes, assignments, and rotation planning, including off-hours and emergency coverage.

  • Maintain real-time and accurate schedule tracking within staffing software and internal systems to ensure full visibility of team member assignments.

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, recruiters, clinicians, and hospital partners to fulfill staffing requests and address scheduling needs or conflicts.

  • Communicate regularly with clinicians regarding schedules, availability, and updates.

  • Track and report scheduling metrics, availability, and utilization trends to inform operational decisions.

  • Provide training and frontline support for scheduling platforms and related processes.

  • Support and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards, identifying and contributing to process improvements.

  • Partner with the Billing team to ensure scheduling data is accurately captured for billing purposes and to resolve discrepancies as needed.

  • Assist with administrative functions, including ordering, shipping, and inventory recordkeeping of supplies and equipment in coordination with the non-labor FOS team.

  • Maintain office accessibility for vendors, clinicians, and partners to enable the delivery, pickup, and deployment of clinical supplies and equipment.

  • Participate in after-hours and on-call scheduling coverage as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Two years of scheduling experience strongly preferred; experience in healthcare staffing or hospital operations is a plus.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
