We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Coordinator to join our Technology department. This role will play a critical part in managing and coordinating technical projects, system integrations, and process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, experience in project management, and a passion for optimizing systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Coordination & Management:
    Lead and manage technical projects focused on system upgrades, integrations, and process optimization. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Technical Support & Documentation:
    Provide technical support to teams, ensuring clear documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Systems & Process Innovation:
    Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless implementation of systems and processes.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track and report on the progress of system implementations and process optimization initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Training & Support:
    Train and support team members on new systems, tools, and best practices to ensure adoption and effective utilization across the organization.


Qualifications:



  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional technical training is a plus. Granite experience can be used to offset this requirement.
  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in a telecommunications, technical coordination, systems engineering, or process improvement role. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects is essential.
  • Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with telecommunications systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, AzureDevOps) and systems integration best practices.
  • Process Improvement Expertise:
    Demonstrated experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve operational effectiveness and system performance.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive problem resolution.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Proficient
  • M-F 8-5 availability - standard WFH Policy
