Are you passionate about delivering top-tier support and building strong relationships with sales teams and customers? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our Inside Sales team and help drive success across multiple sales channels. We are looking for this individual to join our next training class starting on September 2, 2025.

As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our pre-sales process-providing quotes, pricing, product recommendations, and technical support. You'll work closely with sales reps, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient quoting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive quotes and pricing using ESpec
* Update and manage project activity in Salesforce (SFDC)
* Assist with product selection, color matching, freight quotes, and samples
* Support mock-up processes and coordinate approvals
* Collaborate with catalog/eCommerce partners and manage portals
* Provide insights on competitive pricing and product strategies
* Act as a liaison between sales reps and key accounts or partners

Qualifications:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or project management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and quoting tools
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with a customer-first mindset
* Professional demeanor and excellent time management
