Overview Ready to shape the future of science and global health? ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking an Associate IP & Licensing Specialist to work fully remote. This role involves supporting customers by answering questions, processing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to Intellectual Property (IP) and licensing. Internally, the specialist will provide timely updates on enforcement investigations and license-related matters. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient management of intellectual property and licensing processes, leveraging excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with analytical skills, attention to detail and eagerness to learn IP and licensing. Life science and paralegal experience preferred. Supporting IP and material deposit requests
by processing inquiries, supporting freedom to operate procedures, and communicating accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program. We Invest in You
