Lubbock Space Planning Manager 41643BR Ops Div Planning and Admin Position Description Develops documentation and resources for the Space Allocation Committee and campus leadership for best utilization and allocation of space as a university asset. Validates facilities inventory data to ensure data accurately supports institutional decision making. Oversees online mapping and GIS Systems to ensure that all campus maps and floor plans are accurate and up-to-date. Oversees relocation project management staff to ensure that relocations projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus four years progressively responsible related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal eight years. Preferred Qualifications
