Overview:

Job Description Summary:

Coordinates performance improvement (PI) initiatives to improve clinical therapy performance for the assigned division by analyzing trends and data, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Gathers and analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement within clinical services.
  • Collaborates with program managers, directors, or other leadership to develop evidence-based protocols and strategies and to implement improvement initiatives.
  • Assists with the monitoring and evaluation of PI initiatives and patient care processes.
  • Provides training and education to clinical staff on PI initiatives and identified areas of change.
  • Ensures that clinical assessments, program planning, provision of services, and evaluation of patient care are compatible with NCH standards and external regulatory agencies.
  • Serves as a liaison and resource throughout the division for PI initiatives and education.
  • Collaborates with other hospital QIS personnel and coordinates with hospital-wide PI initiatives.

Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, required.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred.

Licensure Requirement:

Applicable licensure for professional discipline, required.
