Duration: Direct Hire with benefits (Multiple Openings)

Shift: 1st 6am-4:30pm (Mon to Thurs)

Weekend shift: 6am to 6:30pm (Fri to Sun)

Payrate range: For Assembler:$17.50/hr. on w2 to $20/hr. (1st shift)- $20.50/hr. on w2 plus $6 shift differential (Weekend Shift)

For Machinist: $17.50/hr. to $20.50/hr. (1st shift Only)

Notes:

  • Must have a copy of High school and ID
  • Must have Soldering experience for Assembler role
  • Must have Manual Grinding experience for Machinist role
  • Must be comfortable for Onsite interviews
  • Must have at least Two years related experience.


Job Description:

Machinist:


  • Looking for a technician capable of doing machining math (addition subtraction of decimals), familiar with using an engineering scale, and comfortable operating manual grinding machines
  • Sets up and runs production machines. Performs machine operations such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, and reaming parts, where the materials, tooling, and sequence of operations.
  • Performs operations such as tapping, spot-facing, chamfering, countersinking, and counterboring to close tolerances.
  • Removes burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, or other irregularities from machined parts.
  • Has working knowledge of machine shop mathematics, may include trigonometry.


Assembler:

  • Looking for someone with SOLDERING EXPERIENCE with wires
  • Performs basic assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Records test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters
  • Performs touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze etc. Mixes paint and cleans parts.
  • Ensures all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.



Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
