Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 1st shift

Shift Hours (8 Hours/ 10 Hours): 40hrs/week

Duration: 9+ months

Job Description:

  • Collects, consolidates, reviews and reports supply chain financial data from various sources within the ERP and accounting system platforms.
  • Lead monthly forecasting processes, partner with cross functional depts to prepare accurate financial projections and analyze variances to plan
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across supply chain
  • Prepare and deliver regular and as needed reports or visuals (charts, graphs, etc.), summarizing key findings and insights to support decision-making processes.


Required Education:

  • BS.
  • Physical Demands.
  • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods of time.


Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement
  • Ability to apply statistical and analytical techniques to explore data sets, identify trends, correlations, and patterns, and extract actionable insights.


Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP/S4Hana and the Supply Chain suite of tools.
  • Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management.
  • CPSM or related certification.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI).


Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Collaborating with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and.
  • accurate payments and resolving any payment-related issues.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with SCM metrics,


Specific Tasks:

  • Forecast and analysis of materials and sales deliveries.
  • Identify opportunities for commonality between business management teams.
  • Work closely with procurement agents to refine estimated delivery dates.
  • Revise data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


Financial Planning and Budgeting:

  • Developing and managing budgets for procurement activities, forecasting future spending, and aligning procurement plans with overall financial goal.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks, such as material shortages, supplier issues, and logistical challenges.
