Moog's Corporate Group is looking for a Digital Enablement Manager! As Digital Enablement Manager at Moog, you will lead and champion strategic digital initiatives to advance our Smart Factory and Connected Product roadmaps, enhance data monetization capabilities, and broaden digital thread use cases across the enterprise landscape. Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, data, and innovation teams, you will drive a digital-first mindset and accelerate adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior value to customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will work an onsite schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY, however a remote option with a willingness for frequent domestic travel, may be considered for the right candidate. To be considered for the Digital Enablement Manager role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field; Master's preferred. Over seven (7) years of experience in major initiatives around digital transformation, digital enablement, Industry 4.0, analytics, or automation. Ideally within the aerospace, defense, manufacturing or engineering environments. Outcome-driven leader with strong business acumen and process knowledge. Proven ability managing complex, cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Strong knowledge of Smart Factory technologies, digital thread concepts, product lifecycle management, and enterprise systems integration. Experience collaborating with data teams to develop monetization and analytics capabilities. Familiarity with AI adoption, intelligent automation (e.g., RPA), and associated governance and security practices. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to thrive in complex, decentralized organizations and promote continuous improvement. Travel may be required (10%-15%)

Experience with PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, or SRM systems. Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry requirements and regulatory considerations. Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe). Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to lead digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Advance and integrate Smart Factory and Connected Product strategies for improved manufacturing and product lifecycle management. Enable business growth by strategically implementing AI and intelligent automation solutions within a robust security framework. Partner with Enterprise Data and Product/Service teams to define and establish data monetization processes and capabilities. Expand digital thread applications across PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, and SRM landscapes to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Accelerate secure deployment, adoption, and scaling of AI and intelligent automation solutions. Foster a digital-first culture by influencing stakeholders and promoting Agile, collaborative team environments. Define, measure, and report on KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives. Facilitate change management and adoption strategies aligned with enterprise goals. Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts related to digital projects. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend practical, innovative solutions applicable to aerospace manufacturing and engineering.
