Our Digital Enablement Team within Moog's Corporate Group is looking for an AI Governance and Adoption Specialist!

As the AI Governance and Adoption Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's AI strategy. This position focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and governance, ethics, literacy, and engagement across the organization. You will get the opportunity to work collaboratively with AI teams throughout the company, as well as Corporate Legal, Data Privacy, Trade Compliance, and Cybersecurity departments to ensure responsible and secure AI implementation.

You will work an on-site schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for the AI Governance and Adoption Specialist role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • A master's degree is preferred.

  • Over three (3) years of proven experience in AI/ML, data science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in business.

  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, ethics, and relevant regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Applicants with experience in change management or organizational development will be given preference.

  • Practical understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance issues related to AI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

  • Must be able to work an on-site work schedule at our East Aurora, NY location.

  • Travel may be required (10%-15%)

  • Quantify and Amplify Outcomes: Define leading indicators to evaluate AI investments and their business impact, ensuring initiatives are both measurable and mission aligned.

  • Unite Vision with Execution: Bridge technology, business, and support needs to harmonize solution approaches with organization goals.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $90,000.00-$115,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
