This role is responsible for supervising patrol supervisors, managing daily field operations, supporting special event security, and helping guide operational strategy and policy implementation. The Patrol Lieutenant is a visible and highly engaged leader who fosters accountability, mentorship, and excellence in service across the department. The Lieutenant of Patrol will report to the Captain of Operations and collaborate closely with the Department Fleet Manager and will serve as a part of Command Staff.
