Your Day-to-Day:

Perform various assignments and related office administrative/technical duties within a highly technical engineering environment to support I&C systems:

• Support development of system and hardware design specifications.
• Support creation ofhardware design documentation such as cabinet layout drawings, cable/wiring schematics, and PCB layout/schematics.
• Support creation of purchase requisitions and other documentation for procurement and manufacturing.
• Support resolution of technical issues including obsolescence management.
• Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to problems associated with preparation, review, formatting, and transmittal of documents, drawings, and/or calculation notes.
• Coordinate resolution of issues to monitor and ensure proper receipt of information.
• Maintain databases and/or project tracking tools.
• Make recommendations for revisions to reflect current methodologies and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline
• 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
