Aegis Baseline 9 Combat Systems Controller (CSC)

Solvere is seeking a skilled Aegis Baseline 9 Combat Systems Controller (CSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate would be either a prior Aegis SPY-1D(v), FCS, or ACNT technician/operator.

Experience:

• Seven (7) years of experience as a qualified Aegis BL 9 Fire Control Technician (FCA) with Combat Systems Controller (CSC) watch station experience.
• Must have experience teaching the Aegis Combat System's function tasks to others in a journeyman level training environment such as during shipboard training scenarios or as a senior watch stander.
• Of the seven years, one (1) year of experience as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment, to include presentation skills, public speaking, curriculum maintenance, writing learning objectives, preparing test items, evaluating instructional materials and the results of instruction and counseling students on academic learning problems is required.
• Excellent communication skills and experience as a Navy instructor (NEC 805A/9502).

Education:

• Prior SCSTC/ATRC/TACTRAGRU instructor experience is a significant plus
• Master Training/Afloat Training Specialist

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to support training with extended periods on your feet while instructing.
• Travel may be required to 10% of the time.

Security Requirement:

• Active Secret required
• U.S. Citizenship required
