We are excited to offer an opportunity to assist in the migration of PC Renewal operations and asset management to ServiceNow - Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This position will be part of the PC Asset Management implementation team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers' mission-critical objectives.



  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions in alignment with client needs related to PC Asset Management
    • Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
    • Design, test, and troubleshoot workflows associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
    • Manage the platform and data, ensuring the smooth operation of IT Asset Management processes.
    • Ensure global alignment for organization setup of stockrooms, program offices, and other aspects of PC Renewal ServiceNow workflows and operations including but not limited to consistent global process roll out.
    • Audit teams to ensure processes are being followed.
    • Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.

      Qualifications:


    • In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices.
    • Comfortable with leading meetings.
    • Able to develop and instruct training sessions.
    • Willingness to learn and be self driven.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred.
    • Must be available to work from 8AM EST to 5PM EST.
