People Experience Tools Team
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.
Summary We're seeking a skilled Content Producer to support two internal platforms for the People Experience team. You'll manage content workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless user experience across employee support and instructional content platforms. This role is vital to maintaining clear, consistent, and engaging content that enhances the employee experience.
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in content-focused project management
Passion for user experience and internal communications with a strong foundation in content operations and project coordination
Proficient in ticketing/task management systems and editorial workflows
Familiar with platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow (a plus)
Skilled in collaborating with SMEs, editors, legal, privacy, and platform owners
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving team needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable with ambiguity and open to process iteration and change
Job Description
In this role, you will support and manage content operations across two employee-facing platforms.
You'll partner with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, editors, and platform owners, to track, prioritize, and implement content changes while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This includes managing intake and ticketing processes, editing and updating instructional or support content, and leading content QA.
You will also maintain consistent tone and voice, support content governance efforts, and contribute to ongoing content improvements across platforms, ultimately supporting the broader People Experience team's goals.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Background in UX writing, editing, or digital content production
Experience supporting internal tools and instructional content is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $59.00 to $62.35 per hour.
