SUMMARY:

SNF is seeking an HRIS and Reporting & Analytics Manager. The HRIS and Reporting & Analytics Manager oversees the management and implementation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), reporting, analytics, and various projects within the HR department. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS software and data within the organization, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and leading HR projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems and processes, develop and interpret HR metrics, analyze data, and support organizational goals through actionable insights.

LOCATION: This full-time position is based in Riceboro, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • Responsible for assessing and ensuring optimization of the HRIS software and data.
  • Manages the integration and use of the HRIS systems, acting as a super user, project lead, and primary contact.
  • Facilitates the change management and communication processes associated with HRIS and other special HR projects as needed. Interprets and ensures bargaining unit payroll is processed according to established guidelines, including OT rules, shift differentials, and bonus payouts.
  • Designs and delivers dashboards and recurring reports for internal stakeholders; identifies trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement based on data insights.
  • Liaises with various HR functions (Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Plant HR Leadership) to ensure optimal system utilization across all HR systems.
  • HR Projects Management: Manage HR related projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time.
  • Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, or other appropriate service providers.
  • Collaborate and partner with leaders across the organization where payroll and/or other systems may be impacted.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
  • Leads, guides, and develops a team of HRIS professionals to ensure a customer-focused and solutions-based team.
  • Responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting HR, payroll, and workforce reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensures data quality and consistency across systems, enabling accurate reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with Accounting/Finance Leadership Team, HR Leadership, and other HR functions.
  • Liaises with Sr. Benefits Administrator and HR Vice President to manage Benefit, Retirement, and/or other payroll transactions to ensure minimal disruption and seamless execution.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in utilizing HRIS systems, preferably Workforce Now ADP and Workforce Management.
  • Experience in an HR leadership role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and Learning Management systems.
  • Proven experience managing and leading successful key projects and implementations.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience developing KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and interpreting workforce and payroll trends.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to travel 25% of the time to support other manufacturing sites for special projects, implementation, training, or other company-related business.
