Amplify is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will sit within the Math and Science marketing team and collaborate closely with content and product marketers. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and assets.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is eager to grow in digital marketing and data analytics. A strong focus on data-driven strategies and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment are essential.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms using marketing automation systems while adhering to best practices

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; assist in preparing campaign performance reports

  • Provide quality assurance (QA) for marketing deliverables

  • Manage content and timelines for multiple concurrent campaigns

  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and paid publisher vendors to ensure ad deadlines are met

  • Support internal teams with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and webinar technology

  • Use project management tools to effectively track and manage campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on campaign progress to generate insights that drive optimization and reinvestment strategies

  • Assist in developing presentations and supporting materials for internal meetings and special projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing or a related humanities field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a content management system (CMS)

  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms

  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts and metrics

  • Experience in the publishing or education industries

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
