How you will make history here... The Team Lead for Snacks MW Regionals is responsible for the development and implementation to drive sales within trade rate, volume, profit, and share growth within all snacks categories including bakery. The Team Lead will manage the relationship between the customer(s) headquarters' team and Campbells HQ. Responsibilities include proactively managing and delivering growth of the Campbell Snacks portfolio, creating,evaluating, and updating business plans to meet all sales objectives. In addition, the Team Lead is responsible for implementing brand strategies and tactics with the customer{s), by working closely with key decision makers at the customer(s) to help grow our portfolio in a limited SKU environment. This role is fully remote. Must reside in the Midwest region. Approximately 20-35% travel required. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $151,500-$217,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
