About the Role We are looking for a Senior Wastewater Process Design Manager to join our Water Team. This position joins our established water team in Washington and Oregon. Our preference is for this position to be based out of Western Washington/Oregon. However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates outside of the area who are committed to travel for client connection, mentorship, team integration, and supporting key initiatives. You are an experienced process design manager who can provide: Project Delivery Oversight: Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment processes, including biological and advanced treatment technologies. This role includes serving as engineer of record for preliminary engineering studies and planning documents, the development of plans, drawings, and specifications with a primary emphasis on wastewater treatment facilities. You have experience with process modeling in BioWIN or similar systems, hydraulic modeling and cost estimating. Additional experience with mechanical process piping design and construction support services would be desirable but is not required. Project Management: Coordinate and manage the design phase of wastewater and water projects, verifying they meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and client expectations. This task includes developing project scopes and budgets, project scheduling, defining and assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers executing water and wastewater related projects, including coordination with civil, mechanical, electrical and structural teams. This may include coordination with other teaming partners for successful project delivery. Provide technical mentorship to project engineers at various career stages. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any challenges that may arise during work. Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $130,000-$200,000 DOQ. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
