Cherokee Preting is seeking a Paramilitary Program Manager to assist our client in planning, preparing and executing advanced training across multi-disciplines and terrains. Primary duties are to design, organize and execute a paramilitary and tradecraft training program, forecast logistical and interagency coordination support, develop strategic level feedback and articulate observations and progress reports to senior leadership.

Paramilitary Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Must have paramilitary and unconventional warfare experience

• Experience serving in combat and conducting combat operations; multiple tours, ideally in leadership positions

• Experience with advanced tradecraft and completing advanced level paramilitary and multidisciplined special operations training across a variety of terrains and climates

• Producing and disseminating periodic situation reports, executive summaries and updates for senior staff and leaders

• Coordinating trip preparation, forecasting logistical requirements and working closely with interagency partners to execute a robust training program.

• Analyze and evaluate training outcomes; recommend revision and maintenance strategies to sustain course currency and effectiveness

• Employ guidelines, policies, and best practices concerning appropriate and effective use of learning technologies, instructional practices, and training delivery.

• Apply your technical knowledge of paramilitary instruction, tradecraft and experience to produce innovative solutions and rigorous learning environments.

Paramilitary Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in paramilitary, special operations or intelligence

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An additional five (5) years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in an advanced or unconventional military training program and/or special mission units

• Ability to design assessment methods and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor training initiatives within deadlines and buParadgets.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to brief robust and rigorous training plans to a variety of audiences, to include interagency partners

• Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
