Administrative Assistant \| Strobes \| Fort Myers, FL Regular Employee \| Hourly Non-Exempt \| $20.00 - 22.00 What you'll do: Reception and answering phones Extensive customer interaction and some inside sales Receivables and collections Maintaining the two-way department service calls and scheduling Maintaining inventory levels (stock and install supplies) Processing and fulfilling customer orders Shipping and receiving Submitting monthly vendor reports Ability to complete and submit paperwork What you need to be successful: Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM Experience with Excel, Word, and PC based software Must have experience with QuickBooks Desktop Professional appearance and good verbal/written communication skills Must be a responsible worker that can work without supervision Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 Pounds and move boxes of stock Able to pass a background check and drug screening Career-minded people need only apply Why The Shyft Group?
