About the role: Join our growing Commercial Finance team in a newly created role, focusing on the Aluminum commercial and trading controllership. This is a key position that will help continue to build a high-performing commercial finance team, establish a team pipeline and help unlock value-add projects across the business. This role will be responsible for performing global profitability analysis, closing routines, as well as support forecast analysis for our core Aluminum products. The position allows the candidate to develop a breadth of knowledge about the Aluminum segment, and how they interact within the Company's integrated supply chain. This role is seeking an agile finance professional who is ready to expand their reach across the Company's business segments and regions. The position plays a pivotal role in financial analysis and reporting of quarterly and annual financial results to Finance leadership. This position requires a results-oriented candidate, innovative thinker, with a continuous improvement mindset and exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the highest level of integrity and trust.
