This is a key leadership role, responsible for both strategic procurement initiatives and people development across the region. You will play a central role in aligning procurement activities with business priorities, driving cost optimization, and supporting new product development (NPD) projects. With a mix of operational execution and strategic leadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple Global locations with Global responsibilities. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As a key player in our USA procurement organization, you will be responsible for both team leadership and operational excellence across multiple factories and projects. You will represent Procurement in key business forums and drive alignment across functions, acting as a trusted partner in performance improvement and change management initiatives. Part of your role will be to manage, develop, and support a Global team-including recruitment, performance tracking, and development planning. You will lead a team of procurement professionals with a focus on development and aligning on cost-down strategy and cost-down pipeline development. You will also lead selected cost optimization projects and support New Product Development (NPD) by ensuring early supplier involvement and the selection of appropriate technologies and platforms, in full compliance withIATF 16949standards. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong mix of technical understanding, commercial mindset, and leadership capability. You're someone who can manage complexity, build alignment across stakeholders, and consistently deliver results. You hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, or a related field, and you have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing-preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
