Key Duties: Cash Receipts Making deposits and posting to customer accounts Reconciliation of banking and interfaces Collections Collaborate with appropriate accounting department personnel to ensure accurate month end cutoff and timely monthly close of accounts receivable Backup for billing/scanning position Required Skills, Experience, and Education: High School diploma or college degree Strong attention to detail, organized, and reconciliation skills Ability to manage priorities and meet specific deadlines Work well in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Cash receipts, billing, accounting and Oracle experience a plus Genesis Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
