Position Title: Diamond Cell Machinist
Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Friday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machinist at a company in South Beloit, IL. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Machinist Responsibilities: - Prepare and assemble super abrasive product for grinding based on routing specifications and prints - Set up and operate manual machinery to include various types of grinders, manual lathes and small mills to produce various parts - Measure wheels using various measuring devices including micrometers, digital calipers, bore gauges and indicators - Balance wheel and cut radial lines when required - Maintain equipment, machines, fixtures, tooling in good working condition - Complete paperwork Requirements for Machinist: - Previous experience operating tools / equipment - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Able to bend, crouch, twist and reach throughout shift QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
